SHIPPING
All products are packaged and sent by us on the next business day. Please ensure all information provided at checkout is correct before placing an order. We deliver to the UK, EU and Internationally.
For EU and International shipments customs taxes and import duties may be applicable depending on your country's regulations. Please note that we are not responsible for any additional charges incurred at customs — these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you receive a message at checkout stating that we do not deliver to your address, please get in touch with us — we’ll be happy to add a shipping option for your location where possible.
Extra care is taken to package and deliver your product to prevent damage during transit. Upon arrival, please inspect your product and if in the unfortunate and unlikely event of damage contact us within 48 hours so that we can advise on the best solution. Beyond this time, we can no longer be held responsible for these products.
RETURNS
If you are unsatisfied or simply changed your mind, we have a 14 day return policy starting from the day of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition and original packaging it came in. To start a return, please email georgia@josidesign.co.uk with your order number.
Return shipping is not included, the customer is responsible for all freight charges. Once we receive your return we will inspect the product. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember this may take some time for your bank to process the refund.
